Weber Rescue innovations at Interschutz 2022

With the new SMART-FORCE rescue tools, the SMOOTH CUT technology and numerous digital tools, a quantum leap in rescue tool technology was achieved, which was enthusiastically received by the visitors.

“The feedback we received from users directly during the trade fair was simply overwhelming,” Bernhard Obermayr and Hanno Diekmann, Head and Deputy Head of the Rescue Business Unit at WEBER-HYDRAULIK GMBH, say in unity. “Of course, the SMART-FORCE devices were the highlight at the stand. In addition to the many new possibilities offered by digitalisation in rescue, the world’s first F7 cutter and the new generation of cutters were particularly popular.”

Here is a brief overview of what was shown at the stand:

The new SMART-FORCE tool series:

Der Milwaukee M18TM High-Output Akku macht die Geräte noch schneller und leistungsfähiger. In der eigenen App stehen zahlreiche smarte Features wie Druckanzeige sowie ein Trainings- und Diebstahlmodus zur Verfügung. Das robuste Gehäuse der SMART-FORCE Rettungsgeräte sorgt für Unterwasserfähigkeit und Staubdichtheit.

With the new technology, the strongest standard material “F7” according to the American NFPA 1936 standard can be cut through for the first time worldwide. Optimum cutting performance has been achieved with the High-strength, forged lightweight blades with optimised blade geometry for maximum safety with low weight, making this a very powerful tool.
