VST-892HD is a new generation passive infrared (PIR) motion sensor camera with enhanced transmission speed, capable of capturing high definition images (picture quality of up to 1280 x 720 pixels) to the Control Panel upon movement detection. The motion sensor camera adopts revolutionary SF1 technology, which makes it the first to support transfer of HD images by RF network.
While preserving the benefits from the previous generation of products, VST-892HD takes a step further with SF1 technology. VST-892HD is capable of leveraging VGA/QVGA alarm image transmission speed at around 2 to 3 times faster than the available rate to date, which makes it the fastest in the current industry. Due to the faster processing speed, the motion sensor camera is capable of sending HD images for more detailed verification. The upgrade ensures that all details vital to visual alarm verification are promptly notified to users.
Currently, motion sensor cameras only supports Wi-Fi for HD image transfer, which is more prone to signal interferences, and requires AC power. VST-892HD is the first model to support transfer of HD images via RF network, which reduces signal interferences, making data transmission smoother. VST-892HD supports operation by battery, which makes the devices easier to install and flexible to use at more locations. Moreover, VST-892HD consumes ultra-low power and allow for smoother operation, which helps saving the devices’ battery life, thereby saving maintenance costs.
