Rapidrop Opens New Dubai Warehouse and Office

Rapidrop has opened a new warehouse and office facility in Dubai, strengthening its regional stockholding capacity and customer support for fire protection projects across the Middle East.

Located in Dubai Investments Park 1, the new 16,800 sq ft facility combines warehousing, office space and customer support operations under one roof. The investment aims to improve product availability, reduce delivery lead times and enhance the company’s ability to respond to customer requirements.

Chris Shelley, CEO of Rapidrop, said the Middle East has become an increasingly important market for the business, noting that the new facility will strengthen its regional operations and provide a platform for future growth.

The British manufacturer and supplier of fire sprinkler products serves customers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf region. The Dubai facility is expected to support closer collaboration with customers and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Dhaval Trivedi, Operations Manager, Middle East, said: “Having a dedicated regional base allows us to respond more effectively to customer requirements and provide greater support throughout the project lifecycle.

“The new facility represents an important step forward for our business, and we are looking forward to building on the strong relationships we have established across the region.”

Rapidrop plans to continue expanding its regional presence, leveraging its product portfolio, technical expertise and local service capabilities to support fire protection projects throughout the Middle East.
