Cloud-based AI technology provider Iveda has strengthened its partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) and ZeroTech, a hardware and software developer, through a new reseller agreement. This milestone supports the localization of Iveda’s products and technology in Egypt and the surrounding region, marking a significant step in regional market growth.
Iveda will transfer the technology behind its VEMO Body Cam to be locally manufactured by AOI and ZeroTech. This arrangement allows for large-scale production of VEMO in Egypt, making it accessible to both government and private sector clients across the region. Integrating VEMO with IvedaAI aims to empower Egyptian agencies and businesses with real-time intelligence and enhanced situational awareness.
This partnership coincides with the opening of AOI’s new facility in Cairo, which includes Iveda’s Innovation Offices. Iveda’s Founder and CEO, David Ly, attended the inauguration in October, emphasizing the importance of this collaboration in advancing security and safety solutions in Egypt. Ly also announced the appointment of an Egyptian Market Manager to oversee local operations and meet the region’s growing demand for Iveda’s technology solutions.
